Rates and booking procedures

Booking directly on our site, is the assurance for you to have the best rates 

You also have the possibility to book on commercial websites such as Booking, expedia, Airbnb, Abritel

However, they apply a minimum commission of 15%. Our rate on these sites is therefore increased by the amount of their commission.

Our stay offers include: 

-2 nights minimum in low and mid season

- A week in high season (July/August)

We accept holiday vouchers.

SPECIAL OFFER: 15% per week in low and mid season

Services included free of charge during your stay:

• Homemade chocolates

• 4G access for all operators

• Wired internet access for Les 3 complices only

• 2 mountain bikes available on request (1 man, 1 woman)

Advance payment

All bookings will only become effective after receipt of a deposit representing at least 30% of the total amount of the stay

Cancellation of a reservation 

The cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by email of its acceptance by the Domaine en Terre Happy

From July 01 to August 31, a cancellation made less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay will result in the retention of the deposit paid and will not give rise to any compensation by the Domaine en Terre Happy.

The rest of the year, a cancellation made less than 15 days before the date of the beginning of the booked stay will result in the conservation of the deposit paid and will not give rise to any compensation by the Domaine en Terre Happy.

Interruption of the stay 

In case of interruption of the stay, 100% of the remaining amount of the stay will be due and invoiced.

Cancellation and postponement in covid period. 

We will refund all bookings in the event of confinement or other restrictions decreed by government authorities.

To facilitate refunds and postponements during COVID periods, we invite our clients to pay their deposit by cheque. This way we do not cash the deposit, which we can postpone or destroy in the event of confinement.

If payment is made via our online booking system, the refund will be made directly to your bank account.
